My stay at Grand Esen Boutique Hotel had its ups and downs. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Istanbul, making it easy to explore. However, I faced issues with cleanliness, as my bed sheets and towels were not fresh. Despite the kind staff, the room felt tiny and old, which detracted from the experience.

I had a pleasant experience at Grand Esen Boutique Hotel, enjoying the excellent location. just steps away from the tram and close to key attractions. The staff were friendly and dedicated to making my stay comfortable. However, I did face a significant issue with the room arrangements during my visit, which I found quite inconvenient.
